We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to become a part of our vibrant Technology team. This full-time, office-based position offers a chance to contribute to an institution committed to academic excellence. The job requires you to work from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at our office located on Bosan Road, Multan. Please note, there is no remote option for this role.

Role Overview

As a Lecturer for Bachelors-level courses in any subject, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality instruction and supporting students in their academic journeys. You will be responsible for preparing course materials, delivering engaging lectures, and helping students reach their educational goals through effective teaching strategies. This position also involves contributing to the development of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lecturer, your duties will include:

• Preparing and delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials in your subject area.
• Developing and updating course materials such as syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
• Providing academic support and mentorship by holding office hours and offering individual consultations to help students.
• Evaluating student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and giving constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in your subject area and incorporating them into your teaching.
• Participating in research activities, publishing in academic journals, and attending conferences when necessary.
• Contributing to departmental meetings and taking part in curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborating with colleagues on research, teaching methods, and student support programs.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area (Ph.D. preferred).
• At least 5 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• A solid understanding of the subject and the ability to present complex topics clearly and understandably.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

• Salary: Rs 20,000 – Rs 40,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
