Join Our Team as a College Coordinator in Multan

We are hiring a College Coordinator to become a key member of our Technology team. This is a full-time, office-based position located on Bosan Road, Multan, with working hours from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Please note, this is not a remote job.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the college and foster effective communication between faculty, staff, and students. The College Coordinator will ensure that academic and administrative activities run smoothly while providing excellent support to all stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic academic environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a College Coordinator, your main duties will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations: Manage class schedules, events, and other academic activities to ensure everything runs efficiently.
  • Acting as a liaison: Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administration to resolve issues and maintain harmony.
  • Supporting student services: Organize orientation programs, extracurricular activities, and other initiatives to enhance the student experience.
  • Managing schedules and announcements: Prepare and distribute academic schedules, event calendars, and important notices to keep everyone informed.
  • Organizing events: Plan and coordinate workshops, seminars, and student activities to enrich the academic environment.
  • Maintaining records: Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Handling inquiries: Respond to questions from students, parents, and faculty, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Ensuring policy compliance: Make sure all operations align with institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in a coordinating or administrative role, preferably in an academic setting.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with diverse groups.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset to work with faculty, staff, and students.
  • Tech proficiency: Competence in MS Office and other administrative tools.

Job Type and Compensation

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with at least three years of experience in a leadership role, such as a vice principal, will be given priority.
